Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use Finex. By engaging with Finex, you confirm that you are not located in a jurisdiction where virtual currency transactions are prohibited and that you are not on any sanctions list.

2. Account identifiers

Finex orders rely on accurate in-game and communication identifiers. You are responsible for providing the correct Minecraft username, Discord contact, wallet addresses, and any other details required to process the transaction. Finex is not responsible for losses arising from incorrect or outdated information supplied by you.

3. Ordering R$

• Checkout links display the amount of R$ offered and the crypto price. All prices are quoted in EUR via supported cryptocurrencies.
• Payment must be made to the exact address or widget reference provided. Orders are fulfilled once the crypto payment is confirmed on-chain and proof is submitted through the verification form.
• Finex reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if payment cannot be verified, if suspicious activity is detected, or if the requested amount exceeds available supply.
• Delivery of R$ occurs by transferring the agreed amount to the designated Redmont account. Completion is confirmed when the recipient balance reflects the transfer.

4. Selling R$ to Finex

• Sell requests must include the amount of R$, your Minecraft username, and a reliable contact method.
• Finex will provide a quote in EUR, based on market conditions and available liquidity. Quotes expire if not accepted within the timeframe communicated by Finex.
• After you accept a quote, you must deliver the R$ to the specified Finex account. Payment in crypto or fiat will be sent only after the R$ transfer is confirmed.
• Finex may decline any sell request at its discretion, including for compliance reasons or suspected abuse.

5. Compliance and verifications

We may request additional documentation, wallet proofs, or identity details when necessary to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, prevent fraud, or investigate suspicious activity. Failure to provide requested information can result in delayed or cancelled transactions.

6. Fees and exchange rates

Displayed prices include Finex service fees unless stated otherwise. Exchange rates may fluctuate until payment is confirmed on-chain. If network fees or volatility materially change the settlement amount, Finex will communicate next steps before proceeding.

7. Refunds and reversals

Crypto transactions are irreversible. Once the R$ delivery is completed, the order is final. Refunds are only considered when Finex determines that no delivery can occur due to issues on our side, in which case refunds will be issued to the originating wallet address after deducting network fees. Chargebacks or unauthorized pull-back attempts will result in immediate suspension.

8. Conduct expectations

You agree not to abuse Finex services, engage in fraud, attempt to exploit pricing, or interfere with the security of our systems. Finex may suspend or ban users who violate these Terms or applicable laws.

9. Intellectual property

All Finex branding, website content, and associated materials are owned by Finex or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the site without prior written permission. Redmont and R$ are trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced for descriptive purposes only.

10. Disclaimers

Finex provides services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or future availability of R$ supply. Finex is not responsible for third-party platform outages, blockchain network congestion, or changes to the Redmont game economy.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finex will not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of Finex services. Finex’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount you paid to Finex for the relevant transaction.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Finex, its operators, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your breach of these Terms or violation of law.

13. Termination

Finex may modify, suspend, or terminate access to the exchange at any time for maintenance, compliance, or security reasons. You may discontinue use of Finex at any time by ceasing to place orders. Sections that should reasonably survive termination will remain in effect.

14. Changes to these Terms

Finex may update these Terms to reflect operational or legal changes. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Redmont jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes should first be escalated through Finex support. If unresolved, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
